Rohan Randhawa

Rohan Randhawa is an accomplished professional in the field of sports development and resilience training. As the Founder of Resilience with Rohan since June 2024, Rohan focuses on empowering teams through tailored resilience strategies, offering services like keynote speaking and workshops. In addition, Rohan serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Candlelighters Trust and holds the position of Inclusive Programmes Manager at Chance to Shine since January 2022. Rohan also contributes to the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB) as a Coach Developer since September 2021 and previously worked as the Disability Development Manager at Yorkshire Cricket Board from May 2018 to January 2022. Co-founding G&R Cricket Coaching in December 2016 and holding a Bachelor's degree in Sports Development from Sheffield Hallam University (2014-2017) demonstrate Rohan's commitment to advancing inclusivity and resilience in sports.
