Shineka Ammons, MHRM, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at Enjoy Life Foods since 2021, Shineka previously held the role of Human Resource/Healthcare Liaison Manager at Independence Plus, Inc. from 2006 to 2020, where responsibilities included developing HR plans, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and enhancing employee relations.
