Madelyn Ring

Madelyn Ring is an experienced HR leader currently serving as the Chief People Officer at The Kraft Heinz Company since November 2021, overseeing the People & Performance function for Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and Korea. Prior to this role, Madelyn held positions including People & Transformation Director at Mighty Craft Limited, where significant digital transformation and cultural initiatives were implemented, and VP People at Carlton & United Breweries, managing over 1,600 employees and achieving high engagement scores. Additional experience includes directorial roles at William Angliss Institute and Treasury Wine Estates, along with various managerial positions at Foster's Group, Qantas, GSK, and City of Surrey. Madelyn holds an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and has a foundational background in organisational communications.
