John Bentley

John Bentley M.S. has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Geographic Information System (GIS). In 2016, they worked as a Maintenance Aide for Fairfax Water where they were responsible for the daily maintenance of GIS software and equipment related to water infrastructure. In 2017, they interned at the Fredericksburg Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (FAMPO), where they created ArcGIS maps, edited data, and performed hazard analysis for various counties. John was later promoted to Regional Planner at FAMPO in 2018, where they took on additional responsibilities such as coordinating regional projects, creating maps for major transportation plans, and collaborating with co-workers for transit projects. Finally, in 2019, John joined ENSCO, Inc. as a Geographic Information System Specialist.
