Raïssa Eluère is a distinguished Senior Scientist with extensive experience in genomics and biochemistry. Since March 2022, Raïssa has led the genomics team at Ensoma, focusing on the development and optimization of insertion site analysis, VCN workflow, and advancements in qPCR and digital PCR, in addition to developing a modular DNA assembly platform for viral-based plasmids. Prior to this, from June 2019 to March 2022, Raïssa was a Senior Scientist at LifeMine Therapeutics, where contributions included designing the R&D RNASeq experiences and managing the production RNA-Seq workflow. Raïssa's earlier experience includes a Research Scientist role at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, where innovative platforms for natural product variants and DNA assembly were developed, and a research career at MIT under Professor Chris Kaiser, investigating the cow rumen microbiome and protein regulation mechanisms. Raïssa holds a PhD in Microbiology, a Master's in Molecular Microbiology and Genomics, and a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, all from Faculté des sciences, Aix-Marseille II.
