Karen Roach, CPP

Karen Roach, CPP has over 13 years of experience in payroll management. Karen began their career in 2007 as a Payroll/Accounts Payable Supervisor at Methodist Hospitals, Inc. In 2008, they worked as an Independent Payroll Consultant at Karen Loy, C.P.P. Payroll Consultation and as an Interim Payroll Manager/Payroll Consultant at FORCE PROTECTION, INC. Karen also provided consulting services to Schneider Regional Medical Center in 2008. In 2012, they became the Payroll Manager at Okemo Mountain Resort. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as the Statewide Asst Payroll Manager at the State of New Hampshire, Bureau of Accounts, Administrative Services. Karen then worked as the Senior Manager of Statewide Payroll Operations at the State of New Hampshire from 2014 to 2018. Finally, they have been the Corporate Payroll Manager at New Hampshire Ball Bearings, Inc. since 2018 and is currently the Corporate Payroll Manager at Enstructure LLC since 2022.

Karen Roach, CPP obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix in 2007. In August 2020, they earned a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification from the American Payroll Association (APA).
