Rachel Wallins

Rachel Wallins is a seasoned Talent Management leader with over 30 years of experience in Learning and Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, and Team Effectiveness. As the Founder of Accelerate Talent Management since November 2019, Rachel has dedicated expertise to helping senior leaders and teams enhance their effectiveness. Previous roles include VP of Learning, Change and Communications at The Children's Place, where Rachel implemented talent management programs and provided executive coaching, and Global Vice President of Learning and Organizational Development at L'Occitane en Provence, where Rachel advanced global learning strategies. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Ketchum, MTV Networks, and Deloitte, where Rachel shaped talent management initiatives and provided consulting services. Rachel holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Higher Education and Student Affairs from The Ohio State University and a BA in English and History from the University of Oregon.
