Shailesh Sasi

Shailesh Sasi has extensive work experience in various roles within the sales operations and business analysis fields. Shailesh is currently working as a Principal Analyst in Global Sales Operations at EDB since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Analyst Level 3 at Red Hat from May 2020 to August 2022. Shailesh also has experience as a Sales Operation Analyst at Symantec from October 2017 to May 2020. Before that, they worked as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Trigent Software Inc, and as a Senior Consultant at ICERTIS. Shailesh started their career at eClerx as a Sr. Analyst, where they gained experience in shift management, knowledge management, forecasting, market research, mentoring, and training. Their tenure at eClerx lasted from October 2008 to September 2012.

Shailesh Sasi obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (Operations) from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune in 2011-2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, General from Savitribai Phule Pune University between 2003 and 2006. Additionally, Shailesh has obtained several certifications including "Chat GPT & AI Hacks with MS Office" from Skill Nation, "CRM Basics Badge" from Salesforce Trailhead, and "Compute Hardware and Maintenance" from Govt. Polytechnic Pune.
