Scott P.

Scott P. has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Scott started their career at Disneyland Resort in 2000, where they served as a Guest Service Manager in Park Operations and later as a Special Event Guest Service Manager. In 2003, they joined Walt Disney Parks and Resorts as a Guest Service Manager, overseeing operations at EPCOT and Hollywood Studios. Scott then worked at Mrs. Florida America Inc as the Director of Security from 2008 to 2010. Scott also held multiple roles at Disney Cruise Line, including Resort Guest Service Manager, Remote Sorting Facility Manager, and Transportation and Embarkation Services Manager. From 2014 to 2017, Scott worked as a Security Manager at Walt Disney World and Peacock Ford. Scott then transitioned to roles in marketing and customer relations at The FIRM Cosmetic and Wellness Center/Heartland Otolaryngology and Napleton Automotive Group. In 2018, Scott joined Diamond Resorts™ as a Security Manager and later became the Director of Security. Currently, they are working at EBG as the Senior Director of Customer Success and Cruise Operations.

Scott P. has pursued a degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Strayer University from 2018, and is currently still in the process of completing this degree.
