Steve C.

Steve C. has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Steve is currently serving as the Chief Medical Officer at Entos Pharmaceuticals since February 2022. Prior to this, they held the same role at Cellics Therapeutics, Inc. from February 2020 to February 2022.

Before their roles as CMO, Steve worked at La Jolla Pharmaceutical Company as the VP of Medical Development from October 2016 to February 2020. Steve also served as the Executive Medical Director and Head of General Medicine at Takeda Pharmaceuticals from June 2014 to October 2016.

Steve's previous experience includes working as a Senior Medical Advisor at Eli Lilly and Company from February 2013 to June 2014, and as a Medical Director of Medical R&D at Amylin Pharmaceuticals from June 2008 to February 2013.

In addition, Steve has clinical experience, having worked as a Staff Physician in Emergency Medicine at West Los Angeles VA Hospital from February 2005 to June 2008. Steve also worked as a Clinical Instructor at UCLA Health from July 2004 to June 2008, and as a Clinical Research Fellow at the University of California, Los Angeles from July 2004 to January 2007.

Steve C. obtained a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts degree from UC San Diego between 1993 and 1997. During this period, they focused on studying Bioengineering and Chinese Studies. Subsequently, they pursued a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine from 1997 to 2001, specializing in the field of Medicine.
