MJ. Chandilya

MJ. Chandilya is an accomplished executive with extensive experience across various leadership roles in diverse sectors. Currently serving as the Founder, President, and CEO of Envergia since August 2022, MJ. Chandilya focuses on recycling Lithium-ion battery materials through Storm Energia, which aims to promote a sustainable future and support the circular economy for electric vehicles. As a Partner at Gritsy since December 2018, MJ. Chandilya invests in growth-stage ventures across sustainability, EduTech, sports tech, gaming, and ecoventures. Previous roles include Chairman of the IFCCI Logistics Committee, CEO of Adani Logistics, CEO of Transformation Projects at CS Group, founding CEO of AirAsia India, Principal at Egon Zehnder, and senior executive roles at Ingersoll Rand. MJ. Chandilya holds an EMBA from both INSEAD and Tsinghua University, as well as a Bachelor of Science with a triple major from Lehigh University.
