Sarp Ozkan began their work experience in 2007 at the University of Chicago, where they completed their undergraduate degree in Economics. Sarp then joined IFP Energies nouvelles in 2012, where they obtained a Master's degree in Petroleum Economics and Management as part of a joint program with the Colorado School of Mines. Following this, they joined the Colorado School of Mines in 2011, where they pursued a dual Master's degree in Mineral and Energy Economics and Petroleum Economics and Management. During this time, they also worked as a teaching assistant. In 2013, Ozkan joined Ponderosa Advisors LLC as an Energy Analyst and later became a Senior Energy Market Analyst. Their most recent role was at Enverus, where they held positions such as Manager, Energy Analytics and Senior Director of Commercial Strategy and Power & Renewables. Currently, they are working as the Vice President of Commercial Product at Enverus.
Sarp Ozkan obtained a High School Diploma from Douglas County High School in the years 2003 to 2007. Later, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics at the University of Chicago from 2007 to 2011. In 2011, they then pursued a Master's degree in Mineral & Energy Economics at the Colorado School of Mines. In 2012, they attended IFP School and obtained a Master of Science degree in Petroleum Economics & Management. Additionally, in 2023, they obtained a certification in SQL Essential Training from LinkedIn.
