Abdullah Dabil

Abdullah Dabil serves as the Vice President of IT and Digital Transformation at the Environment Fund, focusing on strategic alignment and operational planning. Concurrently, Abdullah functions as a Technical Consultant and Board member at Alrakeen, specializing in IoT solutions, logistic technologies, and smart city applications. Previous roles include Head of Information Technology at Kafalah, where Abdullah implemented technology transformations, and CTO and Co-Founder at Safseer, developing tracking and security solutions. Abdullah held key positions at King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST), leading large teams in command and control as well as engineering design and development. Abdullah's early career includes roles in technical consulting and software engineering, complemented by teaching experience at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University. Abdullah possesses a Master's Degree in Software Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from De Montfort University.
