Toshi Quides has worked in various roles in the technology and consumer electronics industries since 2007. In 2014, they began working at BeBop Sensors as Chief Executive Officer and VP, Operations. From 2007-2014, they worked at Magico, LLC as Operations Manager and Production Manager. In 2022, they began working at Enwoven as Head of Product, High/Low Consulting, LLC as Proprietor, and Nestment as Advisor. At High/Low Consulting, LLC, Quides provides strategic advisory and implementation for technology companies, including products, services, hardware, and software. At Magico, LLC, their roles included operations executive for a loudspeaker manufacturing company in the niche consumer electronics market, overseeing quality, supply chain, and manufacturing departments, as well as various engineering and product development functions, continuous improvement initiatives, BOM, vendor, and budget management, resource planning systems implementation and maintenance, and employee growth and education.

Toshi Quides obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Philosophy from Saint Mary's College of California between 2001 and 2005.
