Hanna Lemos

Hanna Lemos has a diverse work experience that spans several industries and roles. Hanna started their career as a Salesperson at MQ Retail AB in 2005, where they focused on selling products and store organization. Hanna then worked as an IT Administrator Summer Intern at Fortum in 2011, where they were responsible for modeling business processes. After that, they worked as a Consultant at Gozinto Studentkonsulter from 2011 to 2012, and as a Master Thesis intern at Lantmännen in 2013. Hanna then joined Centigo as a Management Consultant from 2013 to 2015. In 2016, they started working at Epidemic Sound, where they held several roles including Nordic Sales Associate, Acting VP Global Sales, HR Generalist, People Partner, Director of People Operations, and People and Culture Operations Lead. Hanna'scurrent role at Epidemic Sound is as the People Analytics Lead.

Hanna Lemos completed their M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management with a specialization in Marketing from The Institute of Technology at Linköping University, spanning from 2008 to 2013. In 2010 to 2011, they also attended Nelson Mandela University, corresponding to the fifth semester of their Industrial Engineering and Management degree. As of now, Hanna has an additional certification pending completion in People Analytics: Transforming HR Strategy with Data Science from Emeritus, expected to be obtained in 2023.
