Aimee Mattei

Aimee Mattei is an accomplished bioinformatics professional with extensive experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as Director of Bioinformatics at EpiVax, Inc. since April 2018, Aimee advanced through various project management roles within the company, enhancing the immunoinformatics program for peptide therapeutics. Prior to EpiVax, Aimee was a Senior Project Manager at Ipsen from March 2011 to July 2017, where contributions to peptide chemistry included synthesis, purification, characterization, and project strategy development. Aimee's early career included research assistant roles at the University of Rhode Island and teaching assistant positions during studies at the University of New Haven, where Aimee earned a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemistry and Forensic Science.
