Jennifer Barrett

Jennifer Barrett has a strong background in real estate and leasing. Jennifer is currently working as the Principal and National Head of Leasing and Asset Management for the Office and Life Science Fund at EQT Exeter since September 2019. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President and Asset Manager at Brookwood Financial Group from August 2015 to September 2019, where they managed a 1.6 million square foot real estate portfolio. Jennifer also held various roles at Liberty Property Trust, including Manager of Development from November 2012 to May 2015, Senior Director of Leasing and Development from 2007 to 2012, Director of Leasing and Development from 2005 to 2007, and Senior Leasing Representative from 2005 to 2007. Jennifer also has experience as a Leasing Representative at Liberty Property Trust from 1997 to 2000. Additionally, Jennifer served as a Board Member and Vice President at Fort Washington Business Alliance from 2005 to 2013, and as a Board Member at Upper Merion Parks and Historic Foundation from 2004 to 2013.

Jennifer Barrett received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Temple University in 1992. Jennifer then went on to pursue their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Villanova University, completing it between 2003 and 2005.
