Archanna Ramu

Archanna Ramu currently serves as the Legal Director for Client Relations & Capital Raising at EQT Group since April 2024. Previously, Ramu held the position of Strategic Account Management Director at Invesco Ltd. from April 2020 to April 2024, providing strategic partnership advice to C-Suite executives. Ramu's earlier experience includes roles as Senior Legal Counsel focusing on EMEA Distribution and strategy at Invesco, Deputy General Counsel at StepStone Group overseeing Global Infrastructure and Real Assets, and Vice President at BlackRock, where senior legal counsel was provided for multiple divisions. Ramu's career began at Mayer Brown International LLP as a Solicitor in Corporate M&A, followed by an international legal counsel secondment at GMAC. Early legal training included a role as Trainee Solicitor at Holman Fenwick Willan LLP and lecturing in law at the University of Angers in France. Ramu holds a degree in Law with European Legal Systems from the University of East Anglia, an LPC from Nottingham Law School, and completed an Erasmus year at Maastricht University.
