Sydney Pardey

Sydney Pardey is a Managing Director at EQT Group, a global investment firm with over €210 billion in assets under management, since 2015. In addition, Sydney serves as a Board Member for United Talent Agency and Magnit, contributing to the representation of renowned artists and revolutionizing contingent workforce management, respectively. Past roles include Board Observer positions at companies such as Cast & Crew, Aldevron, Dorner Mfg. Corp., Innovyze, Zemax, XP Solutions, and FocusVision, where Sydney played a key role in strategic oversight and business transformation. Sydney holds a BA in Economics & Finance from NYU Stern School of Business.
