Reed Ashy

Reed Ashy is a seasoned petroleum engineering professional with extensive experience in completions and production engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Completions Engineer at EQT Corporation since September 2024, Reed's career includes roles as a Senior Production Engineer at Ovintiv and PetroLegacy Energy, as well as Production Engineer at Formentera Operations. Previous positions include Completions Engineer roles at PetroLegacy Energy and Parsley Energy, along with significant tenure at Jagged Peak Energy and Devon Energy in both completions and production capacities. Reed’s foundational experience began with a Drilling Engineer Internship at Devon Energy and a student worker position at LSU PERTT Lab. Reed holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University, attained in 2015.
