Julien Kawawa-Beaudan

Julien Kawawa-Beaudan is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in various roles across leading technology companies. Currently a Staff Software Engineer at Equilibrium Energy since March 2023, Julien previously co-founded OpenPantry, developing software to enhance food distribution operations. Julien contributed to recommendation systems for YouTube and Google, focusing on family-oriented content as well as G+ ranking mechanisms. Additional experience includes serving as a Course Assistant at Stanford University, interning at Software Hardware Consulting Group and Stottler Henke, and conducting research at the Stanford Intelligent Systems Lab. Julien holds both a Master's Degree and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Stanford University.
