Lucy Lai is a technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and IT innovation. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of IT Innovation at ERA Singapore since January 2023, Lucy previously held various leadership roles at ZALORA Group from March 2015 to September 2022, including Associate Director of Engineering and Principal Software Engineer. Earlier career highlights include contributions as a Senior Software Engineer at 2C2P, where Lucy developed mobile applications and secured payment solutions, and at PoP Development SG, where software development encompassed web, desktop, and mobile solutions. Lucy also held positions at NEUIS PTE LTD as a Software Engineer, focusing on ERP software development, and at 701Search Pte Ltd, where mobile applications were maintained. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Information Technology in Applied Computer Science from the University of Southern Queensland and a Diploma in Computer Studies, Multimedia and Internet from Informatics College.
