Marianne Franche

Marianne Franche has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Marianne currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at Eramet Norway since May 2023. Before that, they were the Human Resources Manager at the same company from August 2022 to April 2023. Prior to joining Eramet Norway, they worked at Larvik kommune as the HR-sjef from August 2018 to July 2022 and as a Rådgiver, Kompetanse og utvikling from August 2010 to August 2018. Marianne also served as an HR-rådgiver at Sykehuset i Vestfold HF from June 2009 to July 2010, and as a Rådgiver at Oslo universitetssykehus from May 2007 to May 2009. Furthermore, they held the position of Leder at Larvik kommune, Kirkevergen from March 2002 to March 2007. Marianne began their career at Gjensidige, where they first worked as a Rådgiver from June 1998 to June 1999, and later as a Leder from June 1999 to February 2002.

Marianne Franche has a varied education history. In 1994-1995, they studied Kulturfag at Høgskolen i Finnmark. From 1995-1997, they pursued a degree in Økonomi og administrasjon at the University of South-Eastern Norway. In 1997-1998, they studied Sosiologi grunnfag at the same university. In 2001-2002, they focused on Grunnleggende arbeidsrett. Marianne then went on to complete a course in Human Resource Management at BI Norwegian Business School in 2014-2015. Their most recent education experience was in 2017 when they studied Rekruttering at the University of South-Eastern Norway.
