Emily Fattore

Vice President, Human Resources & Sustainability at ERCO Worldwide

Emily Fattore has extensive work experience in environmental affairs and compliance. Emily started their career in 1998 as an Environmental Administrator at ERCO Worldwide, where they eventually became a Senior Director, responsible for implementing sustainability, health, and safety programs. Emily also served as the Director of Environmental Affairs, leading the implementation of an improved environmental strategy and promoting environmental performance indicators and risk mitigation processes. In addition, they worked as a Manager of Logistics Compliance and (Acting) Manager of Governance Compliance. Emily also had a role as an Environmental Officer during their time at ERCO Worldwide.

In 2017, Emily joined Superior Plus Corp as the Board HS&E Committee Coordinator.

Emily Fattore has a diverse education history spanning various fields of study. In 1993, they earned an Honours Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies with a double major in Physical Geography from York University. Emily then pursued further studies at Ryerson University, where they obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in Environmental Management from 1998 to 2000. Emily continued at Ryerson University for a Post Graduate Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety from 2000 to 2002. In 2011, Emily attended the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management for the Emerging Leaders Program, with a focus on the Initiative for Women in Business. Emily further enhanced their skills at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management in 2012 by completing the MBA Essentials for Managers program. Emily also pursued additional certificate programs, including the Sustainability Reporting program at the University of Toronto in 2017 and the Accounting and Finance Fundamentals Program at Queen's University in 2019.
