Paolo Barabucci

Paolo Barabucci has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Paolo started their career as an Analyst at Merrill Lynch in 2004 and then worked as a Consultant at Capgemini from 2005 to 2006. From 2006 to 2009, they served as a Senior Analyst at MEDINVEST SPA. In 2009, they joined ERG Spa as part of the Mergers and Acquisitions team, where they worked until 2011. Paolo then moved to ERG Renew SpA, where they held multiple positions including Chief Operating Officer of LUKERG Renew from 2012 to 2014. Paolo continued their career at ERG Renew SpA as a Country Manager for Eastern Europe until 2016. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as the Business Development Head of Solar and Repowering at ERG Spa, and then transitioned to become the Head of Business Development and M&A for Germany and Poland until 2022. Currently, Paolo holds the position of Head of Business Development and M&A for Italy, Germany, and Eastern Europe at ERG Spa.

Paolo Barabucci pursued their education in the field of Business Administration from 1999 to 2004 at Università Bocconi. During their time there, they obtained a Master's degree. In 2001 and 2002, they furthered their studies in Corporate Finance and Strategy by attending HEC Montréal, where they earned another Master's Degree.
