Lauren Kersten Phr

Lauren Kersten has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Lauren started their career at Wegmans Food Markets in 2003, where they worked in accounting until 2009. From 2008 to 2009, they also served as an Employment Administrator at Summit Educational Resources. In 2009, they joined Employer Services Corporation as a Human Resources Business Partner, providing HR services and support to clients. Lauren held this role until 2019 when they were promoted to Human Resources Manager, responsible for providing HR support to ESC's employees and clients. Since July 2022, Lauren has been serving as the Vice President of Operations at Employer Services Corporation. Additionally, they have served as the College Relations Director at Buffalo Niagara Human Resources Association from 2013 to 2017. Lauren Kersten holds a PHR and SHRM-CP certification.
