Yemi Belachew

Yemi Belachew is an accomplished operations manager and recruiter with a robust background in organizational leadership and diversity initiatives. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Essie Justice Group since August 2023, Yemi has also held the position of Director of Operations at People's Programs since January 2018. As a co-founder of Envision Inclusion from September 2020 to June 2023, Yemi focused on integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion practices within tech startups. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Associate at RaiseMe, Corporate Partnerships Manager and Senior Program Coordinator at Genesys Works - Bay Area, and Economic Empowerment Intern at the International Rescue Committee. Yemi's education includes a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Occidental College, earned in 2015.
