Jason Weber

Jason Weber has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jason started their career as a Private Wealth Management Intern at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, where they supported a top Wealth Management Team in America. Jason'sresponsibilities included analyzing mutual fund performance and reallocating clients' assets.

After their internship, Jason transitioned to a role as a Research Analyst at CoStar Group, a commercial information technology company. In this position, they retrieved leasing and sales data from real estate brokers and worked on improving the company's database. Jason also provided forecasting and analytic data to clients and built strong relationships with clients and potential users of CoStar software.

Jason then moved into a Territory Sales Representative role at CoStar Group, where they focused on selling online marketing solutions to real estate brokers and owners nationwide. Jason was promoted to Territory Manager in recognition of their outstanding performance and teamwork. Jason also developed a new business target list using referrals, research, and marketing techniques.

Following their time at CoStar Group, Jason joined Meridian Capital Group as a Mortgage Originator. Jason specialized in originating and structuring mortgages and provided mortgage solutions to clients. This role lasted for five years.

Most recently, Jason worked at Simplist as a Loan Expert in sales. Jason advised and structured loans for individuals looking to acquire new homes or save money through refinancing. Jason worked closely with their customers to understand their goals and customized financing solutions from a network of wholesale lenders. Jason also ensured excellent service and a smooth transaction process by collaborating with underwriters and loan processors.

Currently, Jason is an Enterprise Account Executive at Esusu, a company that helps tenants build credit by reporting rental payment data to credit bureaus. Landlords can also benefit from on-time payments and gain insights into their portfolios.

Jason Weber completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a major in Finance from The George Washington University, where they attended from 2008 to 2012. In 2011, they also briefly studied International Finance at UNSW. Additionally, in November 2020, Jason obtained certification from NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System).
