Akhila Iruku

Akhila Iruku serves as the VP of Customer Success at Ethena, an all-in-one compliance training platform, since March 2021. Previously, Akhila held the position of Enterprise Customer Success Manager at LinkedIn from January 2019 to March 2021, focusing on organizational learning and development for enterprise clients. Prior to that, Akhila was the Director of Customer Success at Rainforest QA from September 2015 to November 2018, leading a team in enhancing customer renewal performance and driving operational improvements. Early career experiences include roles at Piazza Technologies and Google, where work involved customer success strategies and legal agreements, respectively. Akhila earned an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and holds a B.S. in Finance and a B.A. in Government & Politics from the University of Maryland.
