Business Analyst - Product Domain Portfolio Management (b2b Software)

We are looking for an experienced, professional and personable Wealthtech Business Analyst. We build professional B2B software products for the financial industry, with a focus on portfolio management, investment analysis and regulatory topics.

• Work with stakeholders, including users, sales, and customer support teams, to understand and document detailed business problems and requirements.

• Translate business needs into functional specifications for the development team.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure the product roadmap aligns with business objectives.

• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to guide product features and enhancements.

• Provide training and support to clients on new features and product updates.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for product features, requirements, and processes.

• Generate regular reports on product performance, usage, and client feedback.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Wealth Tech or FinTech industry.

• Strong knowledge of portfolio management and wealth management concepts.

• Proficiency in using business analysis tools and methodologies.

• Experience with SaaS products and B2B environments.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to empathise with users and simultaneously abstracting to build a product.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• English communication and collaboration skills with product managers, other business analysts, designers, and backend & frontend developers. German is a big plus.
