Alfred T.

Alfred T. began their career in 2010 as the Production Planning and Technical Support at Carlsbad Technology Inc. where they analyzed errors, designed and monitored performance protocols, forecasted monthly schedules, and increased productivity and efficiency. In 2013, they moved to SAE Magnetics as a Tester Development Engineer where they coded and optimized testing modules, verified FPGA designs, and implemented designs into over 20 testing modules. In 2015, they joined Deepsky Corporation Limited as a Senior Digital IC Design Engineer, where they supported RTL Logics design and developed both architectural and block level designs. Finally, in 2019, they joined eTopus Technology as a Senior Staff Engineer and then Staff Engineer, where they were responsible for RISC-V SoC System integration, in-house RTL design and development, vendor specific IP integration, creating test cases under UVM framework, debugging and reviewing coverage reports, CDC and Lint results, and preparing technical documents.

Alfred T. began their educational journey in 2005 when they attended De Anza College and earned a degree in Electrical engineering with a focus in Computer Engineering. Alfred then moved on to UC San Diego where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from 2008 to 2010. Most recently, Alfred T. has been studying at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, where they are currently pursuing a MSc in IC Design Engineering with a focus in Integrated Circuit Design.
