Kutlay Guzel

Kutlay Guzel has extensive work experience in engineering roles, primarily focusing on ground station systems and radio frequency design. Kutlay is currently working as a Ground Stations System Engineer at both EUMETSAT and RHEA Group since August 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Application Engineer at Mikroelektronik Ltd. (MKR-IC) from April 2021 to August 2021. Before that, they worked as a Senior Radio Frequency Design Engineer at Airties from June 2020 to April 2021. Kutlay Guzel started their career at Aselsan in 2008, where they held various roles, including Radar Systems Senior Expert Engineer from July 2014 to February 2019 and RF/Microwave Expert Design Engineer from November 2008 to July 2014.

Kutlay Guzel completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering at Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi (Middle East Technical University) in the years 2004 to 2009. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (Ms.Sc) degree in RF and Microwave at the same university from 2009 to 2012.
