Hugo Martinelli

Hugo Martinelli is a skilled spacecraft subsystem engineer and fleet operations engineer at OneWeb since December 2021, with prior experience as an ExoMars rover navigation engineer at CNES, focusing on autonomous navigation system validation and navigation map construction using MATLAB. Hugo also completed a 6-month internship in robotics, developing concepts for lunar exploration at Spaceship FR, and participated in the SEEDS program for designing space exploration missions, supported by prominent space agencies. Previous roles include a human factors intern at Thales, conducting research on monitoring systems for pilot training, and a military officer with the French Navy working on electronic warfare projects. Educational qualifications include an Advanced Master in Space Systems Engineering from ISAE-SUPAERO, a Master of Research in Bioengineering and Neurosciences from Université Paris Cité, and an engineering education from Arts et Métiers - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers.
