Dave Bruening

Dave Bruening is a Senior Attorney at Everest Infrastructure Partners, where they specialize in telecommunications, real estate, corporate law, and development. Prior to joining Everest, Dave was the owner of Bruening Law Group LLC, where they prepared and completed property acquisition, development, and sale documents for investment and management companies. Dave also represented telecommunications growth and development organizations and advised wireless tower owners. Dave has also served as a consultant and legal counsel for Melody Wireless Infrastructure, where they advised senior leadership and operations teams on telecommunications asset management and legal matters, prepared leases, drafted property and asset acquisition documents, facilitated closing commercial real estate transactions, assisted with daily business operations, analyzed regulatory and environmental issues, negotiated national master license agreements with major wireless carriers, oversaw multiple litigation matters, and aided local attorneys with dispute resolution.

Dave Bruening has a Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law, a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and a Master of Organization Development (M.O.D.) from Bowling Green State University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, General from Bowling Green State University. Dave also has a Real Estate License from the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission.
