Ben Burns

Ben Burns is the current Chief Operating Officer at Evergen. Prior to this, they were the Co-founder & CEO at Tayble from November 2015 to May 2019.

At Tayble, Burns was responsible for building a strong team of employees across various departments including sales, marketing, development, activation teams, financial departments and design. Ben also oversaw the implementation of operational tools and systems such as HR management, systemised Intranet with process guides, CRM's, other sales tools and reporting dashboards.

In addition, Burns was in charge of architecting and implementing product road maps, new feature sets and core product capabilities. Ben also managed shareholders expectations and gave the team the support they need to prosper in their roles. Other responsibilities included building and managing company structure and governance pertaining to employee and advisor equity options, company valuations and shareholder equity plans, bonus structures, compensation plans, reporting and insurances.

Ben Burns completed high school at VPHSHS and then went on to The-Entourage, an entrepreneurial school.

They are on a team with Nick McGrath - Chief Technology Officer, Rakhesh Martyn - VPP Product Manager, and Jonathon Dennehy - VPP Operations Manager. Ben Burns reports to Ben Hutt, CEO & MD.
