Matthew Iwanski-Jackson

Matthew Iwanski-Jackson, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in human resources. Matthew started as a Training Coordinator at People Inc. in 2005 and later served as Retention Director and Director of Talent Acquisition. At Evergreen Health, they progressed to roles like Director of Talent Strategy, Senior Director of Talent Strategy, and currently holds the position of Associate Vice President of Human Resources. Matthew is experienced in recruitment, talent management, and workforce stability initiatives.

Matthew Iwanski-Jackson, SHRM-CP, holds a B.A. in Adolescent Social Studies Education from Canisius University earned from 2003 to 2007, and an M.S. in Secondary Social Studies Education from Buffalo State University from 2008 to 2012. Additional certifications include Certified Lean Professional from the University at Buffalo in 2017 and 360 Assessment Administrator from the Center for Creative Leadership in 2018. Matthew is also an American Heart Association BLS CPR Instructor.
