Annika Große-Beilage

Annika Große-Beilage has a wealth of experience in the real estate and recruitment industries. Annika began their career in 2011 as an Immobilienkauffrau (IHK geprüft) at Bauverein Selbsthilfe E.G. From 2015 to 2018, they held various positions in the real estate industry, including Immobilienmakler at Postbank Immobilien Deutschland, Vertriebsmitarbeiterin at BUD Bau- Und Dienstleistung, and Vertriebsleitung at Schmidt & Bethge Immobilien Vertriebs GmbH. Annika also worked as an Immobilienmakler at Peters+Peters Wohn- & Anlageimmobilien GmbH in 2017. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at Robert Half, first as a Research Associate Executive Search, then as a Division Manager, and finally as a Personalvermittler Vertrieb. Annika is currently a Senior Recruiter at Evernest.

Annika Große-Beilage attended the Landesberufsschule Bad Malente from 2011 to 2014, where they earned their degree as an Immobilienkauffrau (IHK) in the field of Immobilien. From 2014 to 2015, they attended the Europa-Universität Flensburg for IM Intern. Management (Spanisch).
