Rich Loveland

Rich Loveland is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry. Currently serving as Managing Director of Global Operations at Evolent since April 2022, Rich also holds the title of COO for Manila and SD Customer Service Operations. Prior roles include General Manager at ADEC Innovations, EVP Operations at Teleperformance, and VP Operational Excellence at Alorica. Rich has a strong background in customer relationship management, demonstrated through roles as Vice President of Operations at Expert Global Solutions, DVP of Operations at APAC Customer Services Inc., and VP of CRM at NCO. Rich began a career at Teleperformance in March 1998, progressing to Site Director before assuming higher-level management positions.
