TC Bell has a long history of working in the sales and marketing industry. Theircareer began at MCI WORLDCOM in 1997, where they held the roles of District Sales Manager, Inside Sales Manager, Inside Sales Supervisor, and Account Executive. In 2003, they moved to Career Education Corporation as a National Admissions Advisor. In 2005, they joined Mr. Promo Full Service Advertising Agency as the Director of Marketing & Business Development, where they managed a 4-member marketing team, directed brand management campaigns, and developed email marketing campaigns. In 2011, they took on two roles, Account Executive at TDS Telecommunications Corp. and Digital Account Executive at Rockford Register Star. In 2018, they joined MPOWR as a Strategy Software Advisor, and in 2020 they began working at Paylocity as an HCM Account Executive. Prior to this, from 2016 to 2020, they were the Head of Strategy & Execution at Evolution Digital Marketing Agency, where they consulted small to midsize companies in five key areas of online presence, secured new clients, performed online demos, and developed complex marketing automation.
TC Bell is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Western Governors University. Prior to this, TC Bell obtained an Advanced Social Media Certification - Candidate from Northwestern University in 2021. In addition, TC Bell has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn and HubSpot, including Storytelling with Data (November 2019), Leading Change (August 2019), Assessing and Improving Strategic Plans (December 2018), Creating a Culture of Strategy Execution (December 2018), Inbound Sales Certification (August 2019), Inbound Certified (November 2018), Sales Enablement (November 2018), and HubSpot Sales Software Certification (October 2019).
