Bryan Joseph has a diverse and extensive work experience. Bryan is currently working as an Enterprise Client Relationship Manager at Evolve IP since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Windstream from 2019 to 2022 as a Client Account Manager III, where they managed a base of 250+ mid-market accounts and performed team leadership, client account management, post-sales support, and territory growth. Bryan also had experience in both inside and outside sales using Salesforce CRM.
Before Windstream, Bryan worked at Broadview Networks (now part of Windstream) from 2007 to 2018. In this role, they served as a Senior Account Executive and was responsible for sales of a product suite including voice, VoIP, UCaaS, SIP, data, MPLS, email security, firewalls, routers, and IPM services. Bryan co-managed an account base of over $250,000 in monthly recurring revenue and successfully upsold additional products to customers. Bryan generated new business in the medium- to large-sized business sector through various sales strategies such as networking, agent channel, telemarketing, and referrals. Later, they became a Sales Director in the same company for one year and led a sales team of eight representatives to achieve monthly quotas. Bryan also played a crucial role in hiring, mentoring, and training new sales hires, and developed strategies to meet emerging customer and market needs.
Bryan's earliest work experience can be traced back to ATX (now part of Windstream) where they worked as an Account Executive from 2000 to 2007. In this role, they drove sales of voice, data, and internet services to medium-sized businesses in the Philadelphia region. Bryan effectively managed an account base and successfully upsold additional products. Bryan also actively pursued new business development and client acquisition through cold calling, lead generation, and networking.
