Matt Nicoletti

Matt Nicoletti has extensive experience in customer operations and analytics, currently serving as Manager of Analytics at Evolve since February 2018, with previous roles including Senior Manager of Customer Operations and Manager of Trust & Safety. Matt contributed as an Advisory Board Member at the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business from February 2021 to February 2022. Prior to Evolve, Matt co-founded Cordillera Hospitality and held positions such as Head of Customer Experience at Monarch Casino Black Hawk and Lead of Guest Experience at Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa. Early career experience includes serving as an Account Manager at Towne Park. Matt's academic background includes education from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
