Markus Korkee

Markus Korkee has worked in the software engineering industry since 2011. In 2011, they began as a Software Designer Trainee at Sandvik. From 2012 to 2021, they worked at Wapice Ltd in various roles, including Member of IoT & Communications Segment Steering Group, Project Manager and Lead Software Designer, Scrum Master, and Software Designer. In 2021, they joined Evondos Group as a Software Technical Lead, where they are responsible for leading medicine robot software architecture, technical guidelines, quality and technology decisions while still contributing into the source code every day with Python and C++. Additionally, they are tasked with transferring the ideas and customer needs of product organization and product owners into high quality technical solutions, and embracing DevOps culture by requiring new solutions to automate all the possible software related quality and processes.

Markus Korkee obtained a Master's degree in Automation Engineer Technology/Technician from Tampere University of Technology in 2013. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Python Development from LinkedIn in October 2021.
