Itta MacNevin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Business Development for North America at Evotec since April 2015, Itta has held multiple senior leadership roles in the company, enhancing drug discovery capabilities through partnerships and consulting arrangements. Previously, at Scynexis from February 2005 to April 2015, Itta excelled in various roles including Business Development Specialist and Innovation Project Leader, contributing to integrated pharmaceutical solutions and drug development initiatives. Itta's earlier career includes consulting for Pharmasset, research at Emory University, and studies at the University of Richmond, culminating in a Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry from Emory University and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Business Administration, and Biology from the University of Richmond.
