Britt Cooper

Britt Cooper has extensive work experience in the banking industry. They started their career in 1992 at Wells Fargo Bank, where they served as a VP and Branch Manager for eight years. They managed the largest branch in the North Bay territory, handling $153 million in deposits and overseeing 22 employees.

In 2002, Cooper joined Exchange Bank as a VP and Branch Manager, where they managed the second-largest branch in the north region. They were responsible for daily sales production, training personal bankers, and developing the entire staff. They worked at Exchange Bank until 2007.
