Ian Cannon

Ian Cannon is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Exeltech Consulting, Inc. since April 2021. Prior experience includes a long tenure at Multnomah County from January 1997 to October 2020, where Ian held various leadership roles, including Transportation Division Director, County Engineer, and Sellwood Bridge Replacement Program Manager. Ian also worked at Sverdrup Civil Inc (now Jacobs) as a Project Manager and Quality Manager from June 1991 to December 1996. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Washington State University and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Philosophy from Bowdoin College.
