Nikita Pozdnyakov

Nikita Pozdnyakov has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies.

Starting in 2010, Nikita worked as a Software Test Engineer at MERA, where they participated in full-cycle software testing activities and was responsible for analyzing product requirements, creating and executing test cases, and conducting manual and automated testing.

In 2012, Nikita joined MFI Soft as a Software Test Engineer and later became a Software Test Lead. In these roles, they managed teams, planned workloads, and analyzed user requirements. Nikita also built and maintained test environments, implemented tests, and reviewed tests developed by others.

In 2014, Nikita became a Test Manager at MFI Soft, where they were responsible for managing the Test Department, coordinating test strategies, and planning and estimating time and labor costs. Nikita also built a test automation team and implemented continuous integration in the projects.

In 2017, Nikita joined Exness as a Senior QA Engineer and later became a QA Automation Engineer. In these roles, they built REST API integration testing and CI/CD processes from scratch. Nikita also maintained existing automated UI tests and had experience with various tools and technologies, such as TestRail, Postman, JIRA, and Agile methodologies.

In 2020, Nikita transitioned to the role of Team Leader / Payments Platform at Exness, where they built a payment platform from scratch and managed a product development team. Nikita was responsible for development planning, solution architecture, data analysis, incident management, and phased rollout for clients.

Most recently, Nikita held the role of Team Leader / Technical Product Owner in Payments Crypto at Exness. In this role, they successfully launched USDT/USDC ERC20 and USDT/USDC TRC20 on different platforms. Nikita also implemented a secure crypto wallet using Hardware Security Module (HSM) technology to protect client funds.

Overall, Nikita Pozdnyakov has a strong background in QA and testing, as well as experience in team management, technical leadership, and product development.

Nikita Pozdnyakov earned an Engineer's degree in the field of Automated systems of data processing and management from Nizhniy Novgorod State Technical University named after R.Y. Alekseev (NSTU) between the years 2005 and 2012. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Systems Operations on AWS from Amazon in July 2019, and ISTQB Foundation level from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in March 2014.
