Lai Alberts

Lai Alberts is an accomplished educational leader and inclusive design professional with extensive experience in organizational development. Currently serving as the Inclusive Design Program Manager at Experience Dynamics Inc. since June 2023, Lai focuses on creating accessible and inclusive products. Prior to this role, significant contributions were made at Austin Public Schools from August 2000 to June 2023, including serving as the Executive Director of Organizational Development and Administrative Services, where responsibilities encompassed leadership of the Human Resources Department, contract negotiations, and principal professional development. Additional roles at Austin Public Schools included Director of Educational Services and Dean of Students, with foundational experience as an English teacher. Lai holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology from the University of Minnesota Morris.
