Erik Bson Blomberg

Erik Bson Blomberg is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel at Extenda Retail since July 2021, after previously acting in this capacity from February to July 2021. In addition to this role, Erik is the founder and senior legal advisor at B:son Corporate Consulting AB, providing legal services to various companies since January 2017. Erik has held multiple interim legal positions with notable companies including Systembolaget AB, Mycronic AB, and PostNord. Prior roles also include senior legal positions at Lantmännen and Addici, as well as legal counsel at Bird & Bird and Baker & McKenzie. Erik's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Business/Commerce from Lund University and advanced legal education in German law at Heidelberg University. Erik additionally serves as a certified Ironman coach and holds a reserve officer position in the Swedish Royal Airforce.
