Narendar Reddy

Narendar Reddy is a highly accomplished executive with over 16 years of experience in the Life Sciences and Healthcare industry. Narendar is currently the CEO of EZEN Digital, where they are responsible for driving growth and innovation in the industry and leading a customer-centric approach. Prior to this role, they held various leadership positions at Atos, including SVP, Group Executive, and Joint Global Head of Sales - Healthcare & Life Sciences, where they successfully delivered $1.2 billion in new business within a 24-month period. Narendar was also EVP & Global Head of the Life Sciences Business Unit, where they grew revenues to a run rate of $170 million and contributed to a 3.5x value multiple of $600 million before the company's acquisition by Atos. Additionally, they had a successful tenure at HCL Technologies, where they were Director of Life Sciences and Healthcare, driving growth and success in the industry.

Narendar Reddy holds an MBA degree in General Management & Finance from NYU Stern School of Business. Narendar also attended National Institute of Technology Warangal where they studied Mechanical Engineering, Design & Production Engineering, and Computer Aided Engineering. In 2018, they attended The Wharton School for Strategic Leadership, and in 2012, they studied Healthcare Reform: Implementation Challenges at Princeton University. Narendar also earned a degree in Composite Technology Centre from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, focusing on Fibre Reinforced Plastics Engineering. In 2021, they completed the Vision and Leadership Unfolding Excellence for Executives [VALUE] program at INSEAD.
