Miinjy Ami Au-Yeung, M.HRM, ACC, is a seasoned professional in leadership development and coaching, currently serving as the Head of Learning Design and Inclusive Executive Coach & Facilitator at Inclusive Leadership Studio since 2024. As a co-founder of the studio, Ami also holds the position of Facilitator & Executive Coach at UpSkill and has been an EZRA Academy Mentor Coach since 2019. With extensive experience in global executive leadership coaching, Ami has led ICF-accredited training programs at EZRA, overseeing the coach development strategy and program design. Additionally, Ami's background includes roles in content management, mediation coaching, and academic instruction, along with significant human resources experience at Ontario Power Generation and Public Health Ontario. Ami's educational credentials include a Master of Human Resources Management from York University and an Executive Certificate in Conflict Management from the University of Windsor.
